  • The International Journal of Faculty and Leadership Development is seeking reviewers to serve as peer reviewers for submissions for the Special Issue: Leaders and Faculty of Color in Higher Education. A quality peer-review system is a bedrock for a quality publication, and thus we encourage persons with a depth of research expertise to volunteer to review and respond to this call.
  • Panel Reviewer Selection Criteria
  • Review panels will be constituted to be inclusive of well-qualified researchers knowledgeable across the span of research topics, methods, and modes of inquiry likely to be considered by a submission unit.

  • The International Journal of Faculty and Leadership Development welcomes manuscript submissions that advance theoretical and practical understandings of faculty development in postsecondary institutions. To be considered for publication in the International Journal of Faculty and Leadership Development, manuscripts, in whole or part, may not have been previously published or be currently under review for publication elsewhere.
