Dr. Ikram has a decade of international experience in higher education. Currently, he serves as an Assistant Professor of Education at Boricua College and a Graduate Studies Coach for Research and Data Analysis (SPSS Statistics) at John Jay College of the City University of New York. Dr. Ikram earned his Doctorate as a US Exchange Scholar. He is a Microsoft Certified Educator, and recipient of the 2018 Digital Inclusion Award. He has published his research in peer-reviewed journals and presented at renowned international conferences such as AERA, ISTE, AACE, CICE, and LICE. He has also won a best research paper award in ICMEI, France.
